Free pick-up is genuinely included
Let us be clear up front, because it is the part guests most often double-check: the hotel transfer costs you nothing extra. Whether you are staying in Side, Manavgat, Belek, Boğazkent, Kadriye, Alanya, Kemer or anywhere along the coastal strip in between, a vehicle collects you from your accommodation and brings you back afterwards. There is no shuttle stop to find, no taxi to flag down and no meeting point in a car park you have never heard of. The transfer is door-to-door, and it is part of what you pay on the day — not a hidden surcharge that appears at the end.
Because we run on a reserve-free, pay-on-the-day model, you are not handing over money in advance to lock in the ride. You reserve your date online, you get picked up, you enjoy the safari, and you settle up in person afterwards. Always check the live price when you book, since that is the figure that applies to your date — but the pick-up itself is simply part of the deal.
What happens after you book
Once your reservation is in, the important thing we need from you is your hotel name and area, plus a phone number where we can reach you — ideally a WhatsApp number, since that is the fastest way to sort out any last detail. With that, your hotel is added to the pick-up run for your chosen session.
Antalya's resort coast is long, and the buggy base sits inland near the Taurus foothills, so pick-ups are grouped by area to keep everyone's journey sensible. That means your exact collection time depends on where your hotel falls on the route. Rather than promise a clock time we cannot guarantee, we confirm your pick-up window with you before the day — usually the evening before, or on booking. You will know whether you are on a morning session or an afternoon session, and roughly when to be ready.
Meeting your driver
On the day, the single most useful thing you can do is be ready early and be findable. Here is how to make the hand-over smooth:
- Wait in your hotel lobby or main entrance, not by the pool or up in your room. Reception is the natural meeting point and staff can help the driver find you.
- Keep your phone on and nearby. If the driver is close, or the route runs a little ahead or behind, a quick call or WhatsApp message is how you will hear about it.
- Be there a few minutes before your window opens. The vehicle is running a route with other guests, so a couple of minutes saved at each stop keeps the whole group on time.
- Tell reception you are expecting a transfer if your hotel has a large or gated entrance, so security waves the vehicle through.
The driver will know your name and your booking. If anything looks unclear — a big resort with several gates, for example — a short call sorts it out in seconds. You do not need to speak Turkish; a name and a hotel are all it takes.
The ride to the trails
The transfer itself is part of the adventure's warm-up. As the minibus leaves the hotel belt, the polished coastal resorts give way to citrus groves, greenhouses, village roads and then the first rising ground of the Taurus mountains. How long it takes depends entirely on where you are staying. Guests based close to the off-road base near the Side and Manavgat side of the coast have a shorter run; those coming from the far ends — the Kemer direction to the west or the Alanya strip to the east — should expect a longer transfer. None of it is arduous, but it is worth knowing so you can picture your day realistically. Bring a bottle of water, wear something you do not mind getting dusty, and keep sun cream and sunglasses to hand.
At the base and the drive home
When you arrive, you are met, checked in against your booking, and kitted out — helmet, goggles and a safety briefing before your practice lap. What if my hotel is far from the base?
That is fine — we cover the whole coastal strip. A hotel at the far ends, such as the Kemer or Alanya direction, simply means a slightly longer transfer. It is still door-to-door and still free, and you are dropped back at the same hotel afterwards.
Do I need to arrange the return trip?
No. The drop-off is part of the same service. After the safari you are driven straight back to the hotel you were collected from, with nothing to book or pay for separately.
