Buggy Safari from Amara Prestige

Staying at Amara Prestige in Göynük, right where the Taurus foothills meet the Kemer coast? That backdrop is prime buggy country. We pick you up from Amara Prestige free of charge and put you behind the wheel of a two-seat caged buggy for a dusty run through the pines. Two share one buggy for a single price, so a partner or child rides buckled in alongside you.

Straight from Amara Prestige into the pines

Amara Prestige sits in Göynük, a green pocket of the Kemer coast where the mountains rise up close behind the resorts. It is an ideal launch pad for a buggy safari, and better still, you do not have to get yourself to the tracks or work out any local transport. We drive to Amara Prestige, pick you up and continue to the nearest buggy base in the Kemer area, set in the Taurus foothills, where the forest trails begin. Göynük is known for its canyon and pine woods, and those same wooded slopes are where your buggy heads.

What the ride involves

You will drive a rugged two-seat buggy built around a full roll cage, with seatbelts holding you snug. The route rumbles over dusty forest tracks, dips through shallow gullies and grinds up easy-going mountain climbs framed by pine trees. Expect loose gravel, twisting sections between the trunks and the odd open straight where you can give it a little more throttle. It is loud, dusty and a lot of fun, but nothing you need to be an off-road pro to enjoy, and there is usually a short breather partway for photos.

What is included

Your booking covers the free transfer from Amara Prestige and back, the buggy, a helmet, the safety briefing, the guide and insurance. Nothing extra to sort out and no hire fee at the base. Wear old clothes and closed shoes that can get dusty, keep sunglasses on to shield your eyes from the grit, and bring water for the warmer stretches of the day along with a fresh top for the return leg.

Never ridden a buggy?

You are in good company. Most of our guests are first-timers. The briefing covers everything you need, the steering and pedals are simple, and once you are rolling it feels natural within minutes. With two seats, you can pass the wheel to your buggy partner and simply enjoy the ride for a while before swapping back.

Pick-up timing from Göynük

Safaris depart in set morning and afternoon sessions rather than at a fixed clock time we name in advance. After you book we tell you your session and roughly when we will reach Amara Prestige, so you can plan the rest of your day. We only provide the pick-up here and have no affiliation with the hotel.

Book the Kemer Buggy Safari

The Kemer Buggy Safari featured on this page is precisely the tour we run for Amara Prestige guests, free Göynük transfer included. Choose your date, share your hotel, and we will hold your buggy.

Frequently asked

Do you collect from Amara Prestige in Göynük?+

Yes. Free pick-up and drop-off from Amara Prestige is included. We meet you at the hotel entrance; your safari runs in a morning or afternoon session, and we confirm the pick-up window with you once you have booked.

Do I need a driving licence or off-road skills?+

No. The buggies run on private off-road tracks, so no licence and no experience are needed. Every rider gets a full safety briefing on the controls first, and a guide leads the convoy the whole time.

Can two of us share one buggy?+

Yes. Each caged buggy carries two for one price, both with seatbelts, and you can swap the driving between you. A younger child can travel buckled in beside a parent.
