From the Beldibi coast to the Taurus tracks

Rixos Sungate stretches along the Beldibi coastline just north of Kemer, a little removed from the town centre, which makes a door-to-door pick-up especially handy. You will not need to arrange your own way to the trails or figure out any local transport. We drive out to Rixos Sungate, gather your group and continue to the nearest Kemer-area buggy base in the Taurus foothills, where the off-road fun kicks off. Beldibi sits right where the mountains meet the shore, so the forest is never far away.

What to expect on the trail

Each buggy is a sturdy two-seater with a full roll cage and seatbelts. You will bounce along dusty forest tracks, roll through shallow dips and grind up gentle mountain climbs surrounded by the scent of warm pine. There are loose, gravelly sections, twists between the tree trunks and open stretches where you can open the throttle a little more. It is genuinely exciting, but forgiving enough for complete newcomers, and the guide sets a pace everyone can handle with a stop or two along the way.

Included in the price

Everything essential is covered: your free transfer from Rixos Sungate and back, the buggy, a helmet, the safety briefing, the guide and insurance. There is nothing extra to pay at the base. Just turn up ready to get dusty. Closed shoes, clothes you do not mind grubbying, sunglasses to keep the grit out and a bottle of water are all sensible, and a spare top for the trip back rarely goes amiss.

First time on a buggy?

No problem at all. Most of our riders have never driven off-road before. The briefing walks you through the controls step by step, and within a few minutes on the trail it feels natural. Because there are two seats, you can hand over to your buggy partner and enjoy the view for a while, then take the wheel back whenever you fancy.

Pick-up timing from Rixos Sungate

We run set morning and afternoon sessions rather than quoting an exact departure clock time. After booking we tell you your session and roughly when we will reach Rixos Sungate, so you can plan around it. We are an independent operator simply offering pick-up here, with no affiliation to the hotel.

Frequently asked

Do you come all the way to Rixos Sungate in Beldibi?+

Yes. Free pick-up and drop-off from Rixos Sungate is included, even though it sits a little out along the Beldibi coast. We meet you at the hotel entrance; your session is morning or afternoon, and we confirm the timing once you have booked.

Is any driving licence or experience needed?+

None at all. The buggies run on private off-road tracks, so no licence is required and beginners are welcome. A full safety briefing comes first, and a guide leads the whole convoy.

Can I share a buggy with my partner or child?+

Yes. Each buggy takes two under one roll cage for one price, both belted in. You can switch driver during the ride, and a younger child can travel buckled beside a parent.
