Boğazkent Has No Base — It Has a Bus
Let us be straight about how this works, because it is the question every Boğazkent guest actually has. There is no off-road base in Boğazkent itself. What there is, is a free pick-up: the Boğazkent quad safari is our Belek departure, and the minibus collects you from your hotel and runs you the short distance west to the quad base. You pay nothing extra for the ride, and the day is scheduled at around four hours door to door.
We say this plainly because the alternative — implying a base exists next to your hotel — is how holidays get ruined at eight in the morning. Send us your hotel name when you reserve and we will confirm your pick-up point before you commit.
Why Boğazkent Guests Get a Good Deal Here
Boğazkent sits at the quiet eastern end of the Belek strip, backed by farmland and the river mouth rather than by golf courses. That geography is exactly why the off-road country starts so close: you are already on the edge of it. The transfer is short, so a larger share of your morning is spent on the trail rather than in a seat.
The Ride Itself
The Belek route is graded moderate. Expect dusty forest tracks, rutted dirt trails that move the machine around underneath you, and shallow muddy sections that will coat you and everything you are wearing. A lead guide runs the convoy in single file and sets the pace; nobody is asked to ride faster than they want to. There is a scenic rest stop partway round for photographs and a cold drink.
What Is Included
The fuelled quad for the full route, helmet and dust mask, liability insurance, the guide and safety briefing, and the return transfer. Drinks at the rest stop, gratuities, photo and video services and the single-quad supplement are not included.
Ability, Not Paperwork
Drivers must be sixteen or over; passengers ride from eight. Everything after that is decided by how you go in the practice loop, which is the whole point of running one. Handle the machine confidently and it stays yours for the route. Would rather be driven, or the guide thinks today is not your day at the controls? You ride the identical trail as a passenger, same tour, same price. This is a genuine off-road activity and safety leads every call.
What to Bring
Old clothes, fully closed shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a complete change of clothing for the journey home. Everything you wear will be dusty and quite possibly muddy by the end.
